Has anyone ever told you that they “couldn’t see the forest for the trees”? It basically means that sometimes you need to get further away to see the big picture. Such was the case for the directing team known as Radio Silence, who waited seven years to make their horror sequel Ready or Not 2: Here I Come. It took some time and distance from the original film before they found the right idea for a follow-up, and hopefully it will be worth the wait!

For the main character in Project Hail Mary, it’s physical distance that gives him the solution to Earth’s deadly problem, and our review admires the spirit of scientific cooperation presented by the alien encounter in the movie. And in our final headliner, a couple of Outlander stars talk about the distancing effect that working for eight seasons in Scotland had when they returned to their lives off set. It goes to show how crucial a new, broader perspective can be!
