🎖️ Hayley Atwell's Exclusive Thoughts on More Peggy Carter

Just to be clear, we’re not clickbaiting you. I know (you know, we all know) that news outlets love to lead with “This Well-Known Comic Book Movie Actor Is Open to a Sequel,” and then it turns out the interviewer asked a leading question to which the actor replied, “If they call, I’m down.” Not exactly breaking news.

But as it turns out, Hayley Atwell has some extensive thoughts about Peggy Carter, the Captain America character that she will always be known for, no matter how many wonderful roles she continues to land elsewhere. Despite being at a press event for Mission: Impossible — The Final Reckoning, Atwell was happy to speak about the unrealized potential of her beloved MCU character. No throwaway comments here!

That being said, we’d love to see Peggy again someday, and if Tom Hiddleston’s Loki can show up in Avengers: Doomsday, why not Captain Carter?
