We're auctioning out of this world collectibles and comics featuring the Man of Steel.

Clark Kent, the Last Son of Krypton, the Man of Steel—no matter what moniker you know him by, Superman’s impact on popular culture can’t be overstated.
From 7:00 pm ET to 9:00 PM ET tonight, Den of Geek brings you the latest installment of our live Summer of Superman Charity Auction benefitting BINC Foundation!
This livestream celebration of Superman’s history offers so many iconic pieces of memorabilia, and we have the privilege of this event being hosted by two extremely knowledgeable, passionate, and experienced collectors, Mike Carbonaro and Micheal Raphael. Join them to chat about their deep knowledge of not only the Superman mythos, but also of the deeper social iconography that surrounds Superman and what that means for our spectacular items.
Some of the best of those items are Action Comics #25 where readers can get a fun look at a more classic and raw Superman who was still working towards a set mythos, which leads to all sorts of golden age hilarity. Along with other rare vintage items like an original 1978 press book for SUPERMAN: THE MOVIE, with all the fun in depth tidbits and promo that’ll make you feel like you're right back in the 70’s waiting for the silver screen launch of this beloved character. And not only will there be reading material but also some hardware for your collections, with the Superman Pewter Statue by Nolin Matthew featuring Superman in a metallic trophy-like finish giving a literal interpretation of the “Man of Steel.” And Lastly don’t miss out on a copy of Absolute Superman #1 by Jason Aaron a part of the new Absolute Universe Initiative DC launched in October of 2024.
Aside from this being a celebration of the almost 100-year-old symbol of hope and the adoration we as a community and society hold for him, it’s also a helping hand to the workers and owners of the places we traditionally get these stories from. With the help of the BINC Foundation, we highlight how we would be nowhere without the guidance and perseverance of all bookstore and comic book shop owners/workers, as we hope to aid them in their greatest times of need—kind of like a certain Kansas farm boy we know.
