🔱 Predator: Badlands May Be the Best Crossover Movie Ever

There’s a lot to be said for letting theater audiences draw their own conclusions about a film’s ending. Director Yorgos Lanthimos proved such ambiguity can be an essential ingredient to the enjoyment of a story in his latest movie Bugonia. If one moviegoer decides the ending means one thing and his friend thinks the opposite is true, they only have the strength of their conviction to back them up, presenting them with exactly the finish they want.

The same can’t be said about a movie that is yet unseen. Take Avengers: Doomsday for instance. It doesn't premiere until December 18, but fans are already trying to decide how the many characters — from two sets of Avengers to the Fantastic Four and the X-Men — will work together when they finally meet. It could either be a total mess or an amazing match-up — who knows?

Either way, the beauty is in not knowing until you decide for yourself.
